If you clicked on this link, maybe you thought we were going to talk about how much sleep fans of the Los Angeles Rams have lost since their sobering and grounding defeat against the Seattle Seahawks, but instead, I want to ask people how much sleep they’ve lost since Bill Belichick was denied being a First Ballot Hall of Famer?
Whereas BB should be in the Hall of Fame, and he’s the greatest NFL coach of all time (one of the best coaches of all time.), I haven’t lost any sleep over it.
So, that’s where I stand.
Let us know what you think! Or comment on whatever you want, we are pretty chill around here.
Thanks for checking out Turf Show Times and have a great Thursday!
Tom Brady on Bill Belichick’s reported Hall of Fame snub: ‘I don’t understand it’ (nfl.com)
“Brady offered his thoughts on Belichick reportedly falling short of the required votes to be elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2026 during a Wednesday appearance on Seattle Sports’ Brock and Salk show.
“I just think that to me, I don’t understand it,” Brady said. “I mean, I was with him every day. If he’s not a first-ballot Hall of Famer, there’s really no coach that should ever be a first-ballot Hall of Famer, which is completely ridiculous because people deserve it. He’s incredible. There’s no coach I’d rather play for. If I’m picking one coach to go out there, to win a Super Bowl, give me one season, I’m taking Bill Belichick.”
NFL Star Matthew Stafford Shares What He Told His Tearful Daughter After Rams Playoff Loss (eonline)
“My daughter was crying after the game in my arms and saying, ‘Dad, I feel so bad for you,’” Matthew recalled during the Jan. 26 episode of his Let’s Go! podcast. “And I told her, ‘You know what, don’t feel bad for me. My life is a blessing. I get to play this game. I’ve gotten to play it for 17 years. I got four little girls that are cheering me on, a beautiful wife that’s doing the same.’”
Indeed, the 37-year-old—who shares 8-year-old twins Sawyer and Chandler, Hunter, 7, and Tyler, 5 with wife Kelly Stafford—admitted that the sweet moment helped him put life into perspective.“
“it is a loss that some may never fully get over
I will never get over the loss to NE when they cheated to win. I will forever hate them for that.“ -RamGuy
