The Las Vegas Raiders have started to request interviews for the coaching opening left by the firing of Pete Carroll. They have have requested interviews with Vance Joseph, Klint Kubiak, Davis Webb and now Matt Nagy.

He is the Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator since 2023.
Age:
He is 47.
Coaching experience:
He was the Chicago Bears head coach from 2018-21. His record was 34-31. He’s been an NFL coach since 2008.
Other interest:
According to Jordan Schulz, Nagy will interview with the Raiders and Tennessee Titans on Thursday and with the Arizona Cardinals on Friday.
Why the Raiders are interested:
Nagy as a lot of experience both as a head coach and has an offensive coordinator. He is a respect offensive mind. Also, Las Vegas would likely be attracted to the idea of poaching from a division rival’s coaching staff.
