The Vikings only need to have four players on the inactive list because they only have 52 players on their 53-man roster. Why? I don’t know. . .they just do. Hargrave had been declared out on the final injury report, so no surprise there. Levi Drake Rodriguez will get the start in place of Hargrave, the first of his NFL career. Brian O’Neill, who had been listed as questionable on the final injury report, is active for this one and will start at his usual right tackle spot.
New York Giants

Yes, Russell Wilson is the emergency quarterback for the Giants, behind Jaxson Dart and Jameis Winston. No big surprises for the Giants on their injury report. They placed Kayvon Thibodeaux on injured reserve yesterday, which is why you don’t see him listed above.
