OFFENSE

Tackle: Tristan Wirfs, Tampa Bay Buccaneers – 98.0

Tristan Wirfs put on an absolute show in Week 15, earning a 98.0 PFF run-blocking grade – the second highest single-game run-blocking grade this season. Wirfs has always been known for his stellar work as a pass-blocker, but in 2025, he’s having a career year in the run game. His 89.1 PFF run-blocking grade this season is the highest of his career and the fourth-best among all tackles.

Honorable Mention: Trent Williams, San Francisco – 95.1

Guard: Quinn Meinerz, Denver Broncos – 93.9

The league’s best run-blocking guard continues to dominate. Meinerz has been incredible over the last three weeks, recording at least a 91.0 PFF run-blocking grade in each of those three games. Meinerz continues to prove why he was an All-Pro last year and looks like a solid bet to repeat that accomplishment in 2025.

Honorable Mention: , – 86.9

Center: Creed Humphrey, Kansas City Chiefs – 91.5

The Kansas City Chiefs’ playoff hopes might have ended in Week 15, but Creed Humphrey continues to prove he’s the best center in the NFL. Humphrey registered a 91.5 PFF run-blocking grade in Week 15, which was his highest single-game grade this season. After that performance, he sits at the top among all centers in the NFL and third among all offensive lineman in PFF run-blocking grade this season.

Honorable Mention: , – 83.0

DEFENSE

Linebacker: T.J. Edwards, Chicago Bears – 90.3

The Chicago Bears got themselves back in the win column in Week 15 with a dominant performance. The Bears’ defense allowed just three points, thanks in large part to T.J. Edwards. Edwards had three run stops across just 15 snaps, meriting his highest single-game PFF run-defense grade of 2025.

Honorable Mention: , Tennessee Titans – 90.2

Edge Defender: Micah Parsons, Green Bay Packers – 88.3

Prior to Micah Parsons’ devastating injury, he was once again dominating in all facets. Parsons was his normal pass-rushing force, but in Week 15, he was at his best against the run. Thanks in large part to a forced fumble, Parsons totaled his highest PFF run-defense grade of the year.

Honorable Mention: , – 80.1

Defensive Tackle: Kobie Turner, Los Angeles Rams – 84.9

Kobie Turner and the Los Angeles Rams continue to roll with another win. Turner was a monster against the run, posting a season-high 84.9 PFF run defense grade. The former third-round pick tallied two total run stops on just 16 snaps.

Honorable Mention: Javon Kinlaw, WashingtonCommanders – 81.5
