The Philadelphia Eagles are 8-5 heading into their Week 15 matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders, and there is very little room error given the three-game losing streak they’re riding.
Things have seemingly gone from bad to worse in Philadelphia, and despite there being some underlying improvements in the offensive game plan against the Chargers on Monday night, the Eagles still failed to execute at a high level and continued to be their own worst enemy.

The defense has repeatedly been the saving grace for this Eagles team, and is in large part why they have eight wins this season. They did struggle to defend the run last week, but have earned the benefit of the doubt that they’ll get that fixed. Jalen Carter was out against the Chargers, and Brandon Graham took snaps at defensive tackle for one of the first times in his entire career. BG is expected to have a bigger impact this Sunday against the Raiders, and overall, the defense should be a little more settled without Carter.
Being embarrassed in primetime has grown exhausting, but maybe, just maybe, the Eagles find a way to win at home on Sunday afternoon against a 2-11 Raiders team that wants to lose as badly as anyone.
