Puka Nacua was apparently live streaming in the locker room, and the Los Angeles Rams (and many teams) do not want players going live on social media (for a lot of reasons) in a team’s locker room, and probably to some extent teams wish their players would stay off social media in general.
It’s not the biggest deal, but nonetheless, Nacua made a no-no and so as a result of that he could be in some troubla, but if that is the worst thing to happen to the Rams and Nacua this week, that doesn’t seem too bad.
You can check it out yourself and see how nefarious (or not) the whole incident is.
Locked On Rams talked about the incident, and their take away is that there’s not much to see here, so for Puka, hopefully that is the case!
Just a little light read on a Thursday as we march towards Friday.

The Rams come away with the best player in the 2026 NFL mock draft thanks to the Falcons (clutchpoints.com)
“That stability now pairs with a rare luxury: a possible top-10 draft pick coming from Atlanta. In ESPN’s latest 2026 mock draft, that Falcons pick turns into Ohio State star safety Caleb Downs for Los Angeles, with the piece calling him one of the most complete safety prospects to enter the league in year”
Puka Nacua’s Rams locker room livestream gets awkward — and fans aren’t happy (nypost)
“Nacua, fresh off a spectacular performance, whipped out his phone and went live on Instagram — which is strictly prohibited by the Rams.
A teammate, whose identity remains unclear, confronted the 24-year-old Pro Bowler, engaging in a verbal back-and-forth with Nacua after he refused to cut the stream.“
