We’re right around an hour and a half before kickoff at U.S. Bank Stadium, and the Minnesota Vikings and Washington Commanders have both released their inactive lists for today’s contest. Let’s take a look at who will be sitting this one out for both sides.
Washington Commanders
- OT George Fant
- DE Drake Jackson
- QB Josh Johnson (emergency QB)
- DE Jalyn Holmes
- LB Ale Kaho
- OT Trent Scott
Both LB Bobby Wagner and WR Noah Brown, who the Commanders both had listed as “questionable” on their final injury report on Friday, are both active for Washington this afternoon. No other significant surprises for the visiting team as far as I can see, although it appears that the Jalyn Holmes Revenge Game™ is officially off the table for this week.
Minnesota Vikings
- S Theo Jackson
- OL Jon Huber
- DL Levi Drake Rodriguez
- OT Walter Rouse
- DL Elijah Williams
- QB John Wolford (emergency QB)
- TE Ben Yurosek
Both Christian Darrisaw and Donovan Jackson, who had been listed as “questionable” for today’s game, are active for the Vikings and will start (presumably). The Vikings actually have an emergency quarterback today with Wolford having been signed to the active roster, and they’ve also elevated DL Taki Taimani and CB Dwight McGlothern to the active roster for today’s contest.
Those are your inactive lists for today’s game, folks. We’ll have our first Open Thread of the day ready to go for you at 11:30 AM Central time, and we hope that you’ll be joining us for this one.
