Confidence in the L.A. Rams dipped by 15-percent in this week’s SB Nation Reacts fan survey. After hitting a season-high 99-percent in Week 13 with the number one seed in their grasp, the Rams fell to the Carolina Panthers and their confidence score dropped right along with it.
Even so, an 86-percent confidence score in Week 14 isn’t that bad. And in a national poll of NFL fans, the Rams were still picked to win the NFC West over the Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers by a wide margin.
On the Kalshi betting market, the Rams are 56% likely to win the NFC West. The Seahawks trail at 31% and the 49ers sit at 16%.
SB Nation ran the same question and L.A.’s score was even higher at 64% with the Seahawks at 27% and the 49ers at 9%.
At present, all three teams have 9 wins, but the 49ers are on a bye week at 9-4.
The Rams face the 3-9 Cardinals this week and the Seahawks face the 4-8 Falcons.
Both teams have tougher matchups next week (Lions for Rams, Colts for Seahawks) and then face each other in Week 16.
The 49ers are not out of it either and they have a cleaner record in the conference and division, but trail with one more loss total. If both Seattle and L.A. were upset in the next two weeks, San Francisco would be right back in it.
And that confidence score for the Rams would dip below 60% again, I bet.
