The Chicago Bears just topped the Philadelphia Eagles on Black Friday, and now have the chance to gun for the Los Angeles Rams in the top spot of the NFC.
It’s a been a good run for the Bears who may have finally found their quarterback in Caleb Williams, and their coach Ben Johnson sure looks like a keeper in his first season as a NFL head coach. Consider that the Bears beat the Rams last year, and have much improved and a matchup between the two teams could be very interesting.
Hopefully you’re having a nice holiday, and hopefully you are enjoying some time off and gear up because the Rams play again on Sunday for the chance to stay as one of the best teams in the NFL and maintain their hold on the NFC at large.

Bears-Eagles on Black Friday: What We Learned from Chicago’s 24-15 win (nfl.com)
“Chicago is officially for real.
The Bears dominated the reigning Super Bowl champions on Friday, thumping the Eagles for a fifth straight victory in a win that felt far less close than the final scoreboard suggests.
Both of Chicago’s main running backs, D’Andre Swift and Kyle Monangai, rushed for more than 120 yards with a touchdown, and the Bears D made sure to keep Philly in its offensive funk to log an all-important victory to remain atop the NFC North.“

Rams waive benched K Joshua Karty (wtaq.com)
“The Los Angeles Rams waived kicker Joshua Karty on Friday.
Karty, who appeared in all 17 regular-season games last season, was replaced by Harrison Mevis after the eighth game of the 2025 campaign. Karty, 23, had missed five of his 15 field goal attempts and three of his 26 extra point tries to that point.
Last season, he hit 85.3% of his field goal attempts (29 of 34) with a long of 58. He also made 32 of 36 extra points.
The Rams selected Karty in the sixth round of the 2024 NFL Draft out of Stanford.“
