The Los Angeles Rams lead the Tampa Bay Buccaneers by a score of 31-7 on Sunday Night Football after the first half of play.
The L.A. rams started hot and fast in all three phases, and had a lead of 21-0 with 10:46 to go in the second quarter after two passing touchdowns by Matthew Stafford, and one defensive score by L.A. There was still plenty of time to go in the half, and the game, but this contest started about as good as it could for the Rams.
The Bucs finally responded with their first TD with just about 5-minutes to go in the second quarter to make the score 21-7.
The Rams had a chance to answer, and they did exactly that when Stafford thew his third touchdown of the night, and second passing TD of the match to Davantae Adams. The score was 28-7 after Harrison Mevis’s fourth successful extra point.
A bit later and Mevis scored the first NFL field goal of his career to make the score 31-7.
Sean McVay has had his team in control of this one since kickoff.
There is an entire half of football to go, so you’re going to want to stay locked in to see how this Week 12 contest comes to an end!
