The Los Angeles Rams are tied for the best record in the NFC at 8-2 but surprisingly this week’s fan confidence results are not a season-high. After beating the Seahawks in Week 11, the Rams have a 95% confidence rating from fans according to this week’s reacts results. That’s almost a unified front of confidence but fans were even more sure of L.A.‘s prospects after their bye a few weeks ago.
Back then, fans gave the Rams a 98% vote of confidence. This week those numbers are down three points.
It is surprising that not 100% of fans are confident in the direction of the team. Perhaps there are still a few fans left who wonder why the Rams didn’t beat the Seahawks by a greater margin, instead getting by with a 21-19 win after Seattle kicker Jason Myers proved he’s not built for 61-yard game-winners.
Certainly beating another NFC contender on Sunday would boost the confidence score back to 98%. Right?
The Rams face the Bucs on Sunday, L.A.’s third straight game against a team that is currently in a playoff spot. The Rams have back to back wins over the 49ers and Seahawks. Can they win their sixth game in a row this week and if so, what’s it going to take to get confidence from fans to a perfect score?
