At PFF, the run game matters just as much as the pass game, and every play is meticulously graded. Each week, we’ll be looking at the highest-graded run blockers and run defenders from each position.

OFFENSE

Tackle: Larry Borom, Miami Dolphins – 90.7

Larry Borom and the Miami Dolphins traveled to Spain and pulled off their second win in a row. The Dolphins’ run game was sensational, rushing for 5.5 yards per attempt. Borom led the way for the Dolphins’ offensive line with his 90.7 PFF run-blocking grade. That was the highest single-game grade in Borom’s career.

Honorable Mention: Spencer Brown, BuffaloBills – 86.6

Guard: Ezra Cleveland, Jacksonville Jaguars – 84.7

The Jaguars got back on track in a huge way with a dominant win over the Los Angeles Chargers. Led by Ezra Cleveland, the Jaguars’ 0.197 EPA per run was the second-highest mark in Week 11. Cleveland’s 90.5 overall PFF grade was the best among all offensive lineman in the NFL, while his 84.7 PFF run-blocking grade was the highest of his season.

Honorable Mention: , Denver – 82.8

Center: Ryan Neuzil, Atlanta Falcons – 77.7

Despite the loss, the Falcons’ run game was still strong, averaging 4.5 yards per attempt — and Ryan Neuzil led the way. The former undrafted free agent is now PFF’s eighth-highest-graded run-blocking center this season.

Edge Defender: Maxx Crosby, Las Vegas Raiders – 80.9

Despite another disappointing season for the Raiders, Maxx Crosby continues to play at a high level. Crosby’s 91.2 overall PFF grade was the highest among all edge defenders in Week 11. While he was once again a dominant pass rusher, his performance in the run game also stood out. Crosby led all edge defenders in Week 11 with four run stops, and he now has the second-most run stops in the league this season.

Honorable Mention: , Buffalo Bills – 76.4

Defensive Tackle: John Jenkins, Baltimore Ravens – 89.7

John Jenkins had a career day on Sunday with his 91.4 overall PFF grade. The veteran defensive lineman is in his 13th season in the NFL, and Sunday was the highest single-game grade of his career.
