Based on the outcries on social media, radio stations, and the comment sections, the Lions fan base appears to be taking this loss very hard. This was a tough game, on the road, in primetime, and against the defending Super Bowl Champions. Yet the Lions’ failure to show up offensively, combined with a disastrous performance on third and fourth downs, has stirred strong emotions.
