Each week, SB Nation tracks NFL fans’ confidence levels of their favorite teams with their Reacts Surveys posted on their team websites. For Pride of Detroit, we are tasked with gauging Detroit Lions fans’ confidence in the team heading into each game.
Through the Lions’ first ten games, we’ve seen some expected fluctuations, as well as a few dramatic ones. Let’s take a quick look at how things have shaken out this season:
Entering the 2025 season: 94%

Based on the outcries on social media, radio stations, and the comment sections, the Lions fan base appears to be taking this loss very hard. This was a tough game, on the road, in primetime, and against the defending Super Bowl Champions. Yet the Lions’ failure to show up offensively, combined with a disastrous performance on third and fourth downs, has stirred strong emotions. Now is your chance to express your level of confidence by voting in the weekly survey below and by sharing your thoughts in the comment section.
Throughout the year, we ask questions of the most plugged-in Detroit Lions fans and fans across the country. If you want to get these surveys emailed to you weekly, you can sign up here.
