Our weekly Madden 26 simulations are officially off the rails. After starting the season by correctly predicting the winner of Detroit Lions games in five of the team’s first seven games, they’ve missed—and missed badly—in the last two weeks. Particularly embarrassing was last week’s simulation, which resulted in a 21-7 Commanders win. Although, you could forgive Madden for not knowing that Dan Campbell was taking over play-calling duties—no one saw that one coming.
This week, we’re back at it to see if Madden can come up with anything that resembles reality. It’s a big “Sunday Night Football” matchup between the Lions and the Philadelphia Eagles, so it should be a good one.
Before we get into this week’s Madden simulation, here are the weekly results so far.
