Yesterday, I asked about Joshua Karty vs. Harison Mevis as the Los Angeles Rams’ kicker. Today, I am asking why not both? Karty can crush the kickoffs, and Mevis can handle the field goals. Sounds great, right?
Yeah, I don’t know, but we’ll see what they do. I was watching this video below, and it gave me the idea that the Rams could keep two kickers at least for one week and see how Karty responds, but I think even Mr. Ellenbogen, who posted the video, doesn’t think that’s too realistic, but it could happen. It’s fun to speculate and I somewhat like the idea.
So, going into week 10, my biggest questions for the Rams, is their special teams and specifically their kicking unit. The are worse places to be. There are better places to be. Regardless of the kicking or any misses, the Rams goal is to find a win on Sunday.
Please comment away, and we made it! Happy Friday.
‘Bane’ Of Rams’ Existence Predicted To (Once Agian) Dominate LA in Week 10 (lafbnetwork)
“When it comes to facing the Los Angeles Rams, few players have tormented them quite like Christian McCaffrey. As NFL Network’s Steve Wyche put it bluntly on The NFL Daily with Gregg Rosenthal, “Christian McCaffrey has been the bane of the Rams’ existence. Look at his numbers against the Rams — even when he was in Carolina, he averages about 150 combined yards against them in rushing and receiving. He touches the ball 24 times or more against the Rams; they just can’t find a matchup for him.”
Rams Predicted To Be Suitor For Three-Time All-Pro Player (heavy.com)
“Regardless, the team is 6-2 and is still considered to be a contender for the Super Bowl. One NFL analyst is already looking ahead and examining the moves that can improve the Rams’ roster in the 2026 offseason, when teams can begin to upgrade their rosters.
Suitor For Five-Time Pro Bowler
Bleacher Report’s Moe Moton names the Rams as a suitor for the Miami Dolphins’ safety Minkah Fitzpatrick.
“Minkah Fitzpatrick isn’t a stranger to the trade rumor mill or going on the move. In 2019, the Miami Dolphins traded him to the Pittsburgh Steelers, who sent him back this past offseason,” xx wrote. “On a team without much short- or long-term direction, Fitzpatrick may suit up for a new club next year.” Moton wrote.“
