The Los Angeles Rams lead the Saints 20-10 at halftime but they could be leading by a lot more if not for special teams miscues. What else is new?
The Rams have a missed extra point by Joshua Karty and then later Karty missed wide right on a field goal try that would have been blocked if he had not re-directed the kick. However, the Rams lead by 10 points at halftime because of three touchdown passes by Matthew Stafford:
- 1-yard TD to Tyler Higbee
- 3-yard TD to Davante Adams
- 39-yard TD to Puka Nacua
In his first game back from an ankle injury. Nacua has caught six passes for 87 yards. Rookie Terrance Ferguson has a career-high 54 yards already. And Kyren Williams is on pace for 100 yards on the ground.
