The 3-5 Baltimore Ravens are very alive in the AFC North title chase, winning 28-6 against the Miami Dolphins on Thursday Night Football in Week 9.
Game Summary

According to the PFF noise-canceled score metric, the game wasn’t quite as lopsided as the score may indicate, because the Dolphins had some opportunities to score but either fumbled, failed to convert in the red zone or missed a field goal. Nevertheless, it needs to be said that the Ravens were clearly the better team apart from Miami’s mishaps.

Passing Summary
The Ravens’ passing offense wasn’t spectacular and wasn’t asked to do much, but it was efficient moving the ball, largely through the air instead of Jackson’s legs.

Receiving Summary
Jaylen Waddle had a deep catch called back by a questionable tripping penalty but still managed 82 yards on nine targets. He is currently the Dolphins’ only reliable receiving weapon. De’Von Achane‘s 10 targets for 38 yards says a lot about the state of Miami’s offense this season.

The Ravens didn’t have to pass a lot in this game, but when they did, they spread the ball around among their receiving weapons.

Rushing Summary
The Dolphins produced a decent success rate when running the ball on early downs, but a costly fumble tanked their efficiency.
