The Miami Dolphins and Baltimore Ravens are set to kick off on Thursday Night Football later tonight. Kickoff is set for 8:15 PM ET. This means we are now officially 90 minutes from kickoff, and both teams have officially announced their list of inactives ahead of this AFC showdown.

Earlier today, the Dolphins made several roster moves.

First, the team activated rookie cornerback Jason Marshall Jr. from the injured reserve list. Marshall looked promising throughout the preseason and appeared to be poised to start at nickel (before Kader Kohou’s injury).

The team also elevated second-year cornerback Isaiah Johnson and tight end Hayden Rucci. Rucci looked solid last week in limited action and could continue to be a critical part of Miami’s offense moving forward.

But those were just a few of the moves Miami made earlier today. Let’s take a look at the list of inactives ahead of tonight’s Thursday Night matchup.

Miami Dolphins Inactives vs. Baltimore Ravens

For the second consecutive week, the Dolphins have decided to go with veteran quarterback Zach Wilson as the team’s backup behind starting quarterback Tua Tagovailoa. This means that rookie quarterback Quinn Ewers will serve as the team’s emergency third QB. A move that is even a bit more surprising, however, is Miami’s decision to sit second-year running back Jaylen Wright.

Last week, Wright carried the ball 9 times for 28 yards and a first down. He was quite literally a player the team traded up to acquire. Could this be part of the gampelan vs. Baltimore, or is he player to watch as the trade deadline nears?

Other inactive players include safeties Ashtyn Davis and Jordan Colbert, cornerback Juju Brents, tight end Julian Hill, and defensive tackle Zeek Biggers.

The Miami Dolphins (2-6) take on the Baltimore Ravens (2-5) at 8:15 ET. The game can be streamed live on Amazon Prime or on TWITCH. #FINSUP

What are your thoughts on Zach Wilson holding down the QB2 spot? Do you think Jaylen Wright could be traded? How important is Ashtyn Davis’ injury to the secondary? Let us know in the comments section below!
