The Miami Dolphins put together their best performance of the season on Sunday, beating the Atlanta Falcons 34-10. For at least one day, the fun was back with the team, and the fans, as Miami played a complete game on offense, defense, and special teams. It felt like everything the fans expected this team to be this year.
Unfortunately, the win only moved Miami to 2-6 on the season. It also comes on a short week, as the Dolphins host the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday Night Football to start Week 9. The win felt good, but it is already behind the team and the fans with a tough game against the Ravens, who will have quarterback Lamar Jackson back on the field after he missed three weeks with a hamstring injury, on tap.
How do you feel about the direction of the Dolphins following their win? Was it enough to bolster your hopes for the future of the team? Our SB Nation Reacts poll is back to get the fan confidence rating for Dolphins fans heading into Week 9. We added a second question this week, wanting to see how many wins you think the Dolphins fan pull off this year.
Vote in the poll below and head to the comments to discuss. We will be back soon with our results from this week’s poll.
