As we hurl towards Sunday, and the Los Angeles Rams are on a bye week, what is your favorite thing about this team through their seven games played? For me, it’s their ability to lose a heartbreaker against the Philadelphia Eagles, then come back and win, and to lose a sickening game against the San Francisco 49ers, but to then come back and win their next two.
This team might be as resilient as it gets, but there’s plenty of weeks to go, so we’ll see.
What is your favorite thing about this Rams team? Please let us know in the comments and happy Saturday! We made it. Thanks for checking out Turf Show Times!
Top 5 plays from Rams’ defense through first seven weeks of 2025 season (therams.com)
“Quarterback Cooper Rush stepped up in the pocket and fired over the middle to wide receiver Zay Flowers, but Lake undercut the route and leapt in front to pick off the pass and set L.A. up in Baltimore territory.
4) Outside linebacker Jared Verse’s strip-sack of Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts
The Rams recovered on Philadelphia’s 10-yard line. Inside linebacker Nate Landman jumped on the ball and the Rams scored a touchdown on the next play, giving them a 26-7 lead at the beginning of the third quarter.
3) Outside linebacker Byron Young’s fourth-quarter strip-sack of Titans quarterback Cam Ward”
Bears trade rumor from ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler should have Rams, Chargers making a call (sportingnews.com)
“With the Chargers and Rams trying to compete for big things this season, both should be on the lookout for any available offensive tackles.
According to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler, one tackle who could be available at the trade deadline is Chicago Bears former fifth-round pick Braxton Jones. Fowler notes that people around the league believe Jones is a “sensible trade candidate.”
“Rival teams agree that Jones is a sensible trade candidate after his benching in favor of Theo Benedet and his résumé as a multiyear starter in Chicago. Jones also is in a contract year, and he is now healthy following an ankle issue that plagued him for much of 2025,” Fowler reported.“
Rams’ OL Star Quietly Putting Together Stellar Campaign (si.com)
“Yeah, he’s just got this enjoyment for coming out here and he’s got a great vibe,” stated McVay. “I mean whether it’s shooting jump shots on air after we score, but he’s got this great energy about himself. He’s obviously a really productive player, but I think as he’s gotten more and more comfortable… When we traded for him in the 23’ season, he comes in late in the part of training camp where getting comfortable starts to make himself and his presence felt in the Indianapolis game.”
