There are four players from the Las Vegas Raiders 2023 draft class currently on the 53-man roster. Here is a look at how they fared in a 20-10 victory over the Tennessee Titans in Week 6 and looking ahead to Sunday’s home game at the Kansas City Chiefs. Kickoff is at 10 a.m. PT
Tyree Wilson:
The No. 7 overall draft pick saw his snap count increase as he played 52 percent of the snaps, his second most of the season. He responded by recording four of his 11 tackles this season. He had three pressures and graded out well in the run game. Consistency has been a career-long issue for Wilson. Let’s see if he can continue to play well.
Michael Mayer:
The second-round pick from Notre Dame played for the first time since suffering a concussion in Week 3 at Washington. He started with Brock Bowers out with a knee injury and responded with a strong game. Mayer had five catches on seven targets for 50 yards and caught his first touchdown pass since his rookie season. He may get a chance to start at Kansas City with Bowers still dealing with his injury.
Tre Tucker:
The speedy third-round pick played 91 percent of the snaps in Week 5 and responded with five catches on five targets for 70 yards including a 37-yard play. He is getting more consistent and he is having his best season. He has 24 catches for 356 yards and four touchdown catches. That projects to a pretty solid season. Good for him.
Chris Smith:
The fifth-round safety from Georgia didn’t play on defense (he’s played three snaps this season) and played 14 snaps on special teams.
