The New York Giants filled the two open spots on their practice squad on Monday by signing rookie wide receiver Juice Wells and linebacker Jonas Griffith. The Giants signed placekicker Jude McAtamney and linebacker Neville Hewitt to their 53-man roster last week, creating the two openings.
Wells, an undrafted free agent, was a teammate of quarterback Jaxson Dart’s last season. He was with the Giants in the summer, but did not make the team.
Griffith 28, is a former undrafted free agent who played in 22 games with 12 starts for the Denver Broncos in 2021 and 2022. He was on IR in 2023, and was released by the Broncos prior to the 2024 season. He has been out of the league since.
