Detroit Lions head coach Dan Campbell and wife Holly are asking for help finding a young Lions fan who snuck them a neat gift.
Holly Campbell posted a few snapshots on Instagram of two bracelets—a black one with letters spelling Detroit and a blue one that spells Lions—that she received from a special fan.
She says someone got these bracelets to them through the stadium staff in Cincinnati during this past Sunday’s game against the Bengals.
They came with a note depicting what appears to be a child’s handwriting that says: “I made this bracelet for you, hope you like it.”
In the post, Holly says if anyone knows who that little Lions fan is, she wants to track them down to say thank you.
My favorite part about this story is that I choose to believe staff might’ve been afraid to “bother” the coach and his wife—if it were anyone else besides the Campbells, who have appeared nothing but kind and welcoming to the Lions community.
Hope the Lions fan can be tracked down and we see a follow up post, potentially involving a future sideline meet-and-greet.
And onto the rest of your notes.
