The Las Vegas Raiders have nine draft picks on their 53-man roster. Let’s look at how they fared in a 41-24 Week 3 loss at the Washington Commanders and looking ahead to what to expect in Week 4 against the visiting Chicago Bears.

Ashton Jeanty:

The No. 6 overall draft pick was on the field 60 percent of the snaps. He was on the field 55 percent in Week 5 and 85 percent in Week 1. He was bottled up by poor blocking again, but he did have three runs of 10 plus yards at Washington. He had 63 yards on 17 carries. Overall, he’s averaging just 3.1 yards per carry. There has been some encouraging signs, but it can’t be denied that it’s a slow start for Jeanty, who was expected to be an instant impact player. The snap count needs to increase immediately.

Jack Bech:

The second-round pick may be seeing a play increase. He played 16 offensive snaps after logging a total of nine in the first two games. He was targeted once at Washington and made a really nice 10-yard grab. He also played a season-high 12 snaps on special teams. It will be interestingly see if he plays more on offense against the Bears.

Darien Porter:

The cornerback, taken in the third round, played 16 defensive snaps, his first of the season. The Bears have a lot of wide receivers maybe will see more of Porter on defense this week.

Caleb Rogers:

The offensive lineman, taken in the third round, was inactive for the second time. He was active in Week 2 with Jackson Powers-Johnson injured.

Charles Grant:

The offensive lineman, taken in the third round, was a healthy scratch for the third straight game. That may be the case for a while.

Dont’e Thornton:

The wide receiver, taken in the fourth round, saw his play time down from 81 percent to 59 percent in Week 3. He has been targeted four times in every game. The fourth-round pick had two catches for 39 yards and has five catches on the season for 94 yards (18.8 yards per catch).

Tonka Hemingway:

The fourth-round pick was inactive against for the second straight game after playing in the season opener. We will see if he can get back on the field soon.

JJ Pegues:

The defensive tackle, taken in the sixth round, was a healthy scratch for the third straight game.

Cody Lindenberg:

The seventh-round pick played no snaps on defense, but played a season-high 93 percent of the special-teams snaps. He is developing into a core special teamer.
