NFL scores and recaps for every Week 2 game

Green Bay Packers 27, Washington Commanders 18

The Green Bay Packers outclassed the Washington Commanders on Thursday Night Football, riding a commanding performance from Jordan Love to a 27-18 victory. Love looked good from start to finish, keeping Green Bay perfect through two weeks.

Buffalo Bills 30, New York Jets 10

The Buffalo Bills quieted the New York Jets’ offense and leaned on James Cook‘s legs to move to 2-0.

San Francisco 49ers 26, New Orleans Saints 21

The San Francisco 49ers were without their starting quarterback and star tight end, yet still managed a 26-21 win over Spencer Rattler and the New Orleans Saints in Week 2.

Los Angeles Rams 33, Tennessee Titans 19

The Los Angeles Rams rallied from a 13-10 halftime deficit to defeat the Titans 33-19, powered by big plays from Matthew Stafford and a stout second-half defense.

Baltimore Ravens 41, Cleveland Browns 17

In Joe Flacco‘s return to Baltimore, the Ravens took care of business against the Browns to move to 1-1.

Detroit Lions 52, Chicago Bears 21

The Lions bounced back from an anemic offensive effort in Week 1 to down the Chicago Bears with ease in Week 2.

Seattle Seahawks 31, Pittsburgh Steelers 17

Behind Kenneth Walker III and a kick coverage touchdown, the Seahawks downed the Steelers, 31-17.

Cincinnati Bengals 31, Jacksonville Jaguars 27

Even with Joe Burrow going down, the Bengals moved to 2-0 with a rollercoaster win over the Jaguars.

New England Patriots 33, Miami Dolphins 27

The Patriots win their first game under Mike Vrabel, beating the Dolphins 33-27 behind Drake Maye‘s efforts.

Dallas Cowboys 40, New York Giants 37

In a back-and-forth shootout, the Giants outlasted the Cowboys 40-37 in overtime, capping a game where Dak Prescott and Russell Wilson combined for over 800 passing yards. Wilson’s only mistake came at the worst time — a deep shot picked off in the extra frame, setting up Brandon Aubrey for the game-winning kick.

Indianapolis Colts 29, Denver Broncos 28

A leverage penalty gave the Colts a second chance at a game-winning field goal — at a much shorter distance — and they converted to down the Broncos in Week 2.

Arizona Cardinals 27, Carolina Panthers 22

Josh Sweat’s first-half strip-sack set the tone with a defensive score, and Calais Campbell’s clutch sack in the final seconds helped Arizona fend off a furious Panthers rally for a 27-22 win. Bryce Young threw three touchdown passes in the second half to spark Carolina’s comeback from a 24-point deficit. His final TD — a short toss to Hunter Renfrow — came with under two minutes to play, but Arizona’s defense held firm.

Philadelphia Eagles 20, Kansas City Chiefs 17

Jalen Hurts and Saquon Barkley each found the end zone on the ground, and rookie safety Andrew Mukuba sealed the win with a crucial fourth-quarter interception of Patrick Mahomes. The Eagles edged the Chiefs 20-17 in a tightly contested Super Bowl rematch. Unlike last year’s blowout, this one went down to the wire.

Atlanta Falcons 22, Minnesota Vikings 6

In a day filled with offensive fireworks, Sunday night in Atlanta offered a change of pace. The Falcons found the end zone just once but leaned on their defense to stifle the Vikings in a 22-6 win. Minnesota’s offense never got going, as Atlanta controlled the tempo throughout.
