Week 1 of our PrizePicks prop selections got us off to a good start. San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Ricky Pearsall crushed his 42.5-yard receiving line with a 108-yard performance, and Miami Dolphins wide receiver Malik Washington caught two of five targets for 20 yards to top his 16.5-yard line.
Each week, we will analyze some of the best bets on PrizePicks with the help of the new PFF Player Prop Tool. Betting insights, matchup data and historical hit rates are just a few features of the tool.
Here are two props that stand out ahead of Week 2 of the 2025 NFL season.

WR A.J. Brown, Philadelphia Eagles: Over 65.5 receiving yards
Brown was targeted just once in the Eagles’ season-opening victory over the Dallas Cowboys, the fewest he’s had in a game since Week 18 of 2023, a contest in which he played just 12 snaps. Before that, the last time he was targeted one or fewer times was the Titans‘ wild-card playoff game against the New England Patriots in 2019, his rookie season.
The Cowboys played primarily zone coverage against the Eagles last week, defending in man coverage just twice, both of which were run plays. The Eagles, like most teams, tend to target their wide receivers more when facing man coverage. This week, they’ll face a Kansas City Chiefs defense that ran man coverage at the 11th-highest rate in Week 1 and ranked in the top 10 in man coverage rate last season.
The Chiefs have one of the best cornerbacks in the NFL in Trent McDuffie, but Brown has found success against him in the past. Across 29 career snaps against McDuffie, Brown has recorded 76 receiving yards (2.62 yards per route run).
Potentially working in Brown’s favor is the potential for starting tight end Dallas Goedert — who missed practice early this week with a knee injury — to sit out the contest. If he’s out, both Brown and teammate DeVonta Smith will likely earn a higher target share. Additionally, their receiving-yard betting lines should bump up over the weekend before the game.
The PFF Player Prop Tool shows a slight value (67.7 projected yards), but considering the way Goedert is currently trending and the likelihood of an All-Pro-caliber player bouncing back after a disappointing performance, this is a line I am targeting this weekend.
RB Tony Pollard, Tennessee Titans: Under 18.5 rushing attempts
Pollard was a workhorse in the Tennessee Titans’ Week 1 opener against the Denver Broncos, playing 51 of 57 snaps (89.4%). No other Titans running back logged more than six snaps. He carried the ball 18 times in a game that was close throughout; the Titans didn’t trail until the final seconds of the first half and never trailed by more than one score.
The positive game script allowed Tennessee to lean on Pollard and its running game more than expected, in a contest where the team was the underdog by more than a touchdown. This week, the Titans face a Los Angeles Rams team at home as 5.5-point underdogs, once again making the game script for their running game a potential concern.
The team may also be willing to open up the playbook more for rookie quarterback Cam Ward, who will make his first career start at home after facing one of the best defenses in the NFL on the road in Week 1.
The PFF projections currently have Pollard at 14.2 rushing attempts in Week 2, which makes his under 18.5 attempts line a great value.
