The Miami Dolphins visit the Indianapolis Colts tomorrow, kicking off the 2025 NFL regular season. The two former AFC East rivals will both be looking to get off to a fast start to the season, but not much of the country will be able to see the game.

Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. Eastern Sunday afternoon, with CBS covering the broadcast. They have assigned Andrew Catalon, Charles Davis, and Jason McCourty to the coverage, giving the game their fourth broadcast team. The game being relegated to the local markets would seem to match.

Most of Florida is set to pick up the game, including the southern region of Georgia and the southeastern corner of Alabama. The western end of the Florida panhandle, west of Pensacola where the Mobile, Alabama market takes over, will miss out on the game.

The Indianapolis side of the broadcast will cover most of Indiana, minus the northwest corner in the Chicago market. There will be some bleeding into central Illinois and western Kentucky as well.

Several markets in Tennessee had been scheduled to receive the game as well, but made a change on Thursday away from airing Miami at Indianapolis.

The main game for the early slot on CBS this week will be the Pittsburgh Steelers at New York Jets, with the return of Aaron Rodgers to MetLife Stadium in his first game as the Steelers quarterback headlining the storyline for the game.

On FOX, the New York Giants at Washington Commanders game receives the top spot in their broadcast plans, though the coverage map is much more regionalized across the country.

Here is the coverage map, as per 506Sports.com:
