The NFC North is the best division in football. Three Super Bowl contenders and the Chicago Bears. The Green Bay Packers are the chique new pick to win after the Micah Parsons trade, but the Lions won’t give up the crown that easy and the Vikings are right on their heels. Who do you think will win the NFC North crown?
Detroit Lions
The defending NFCN champs had another disappointing playoff ending (much like our favorite team). They lost both their Offensive and Defensive Coordinators to head coaching positions. Pro Bowl C, Frank Ragnow, has also retired. That is a lot of changes for Dan Campbell to manage. It will be difficult for them to remain on top.
Minnesota Vikings
On Tuesday I wrote my 12-5 prediction for the season. I don’t think that will be enough to win the division. Last year, 11-6 was a 3rd place finish for the Packers. I don’t see the Vikings, Packers, and Lions losing 5 or more games. The Vikings will likely be Wild Card bound if my prediction comes true.
Green Bay Packers
The Packers made a splash move trading for Micah Parsons. They also drafted a WR in the 1st and 3rd rounds of the draft. They’ve filled in some holes while not losing a ton this offseason. They are still the youngest team in the NFL, but the team appears to be making a push to win now. Is Jordan Love good enough to make it happen?
Chicago Bears
The Bears hired former Detroit Lions OC Ben Johnson this offseason. They also revamped their offensive line in an attempt to improve the worst offense in the league in 2024. They’re a year or two away from being real contenders in this division.
