The Philadelphia Eagles issued their third and final injury report in advance of their Week 1 home game against the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday night.
The Eagles ruled one player OUT: Tanner McKee.
McKee has yet to throw a football since suffering a fractured thumb late in training camp. In his absence, Sam Howell (wearing No. 14) will serve as the top backup quarterback behind Jalen Hurts. It remains to be seen if the Eagles will temporarily elevate rookie Kyle McCord from the practice squad to be the emergency third quarterback. The team has until 4:00 PM Eastern on Thursday to make up to two game day practice squad elevations.
Landon Dickerson, Andrew Mukuba, Joshua Uche, and Jalen Carter are all set to play despite appearing on the injury report this week.
Dickerson missed Monday’s practice due to a back injury, which is a new development. But he returned to action in full on Tuesday. He’ll start at left guard.
Mukuba is returning to game action for the first time since suffering a hamstring injury during the Eagles’ penultimate training camp practice. Sydney Brown is expected to start at safety but the rookie Mukuba still might see some playing time on defense.
Uche figures to contribute to the Eagles’ edge rusher rotation.
Carter was full go all week long.

CB Tariq Castro-Fields
S Lewis Cine

WR Johnny Wilson
TCF and Cine reverted to IR after being waived/injured. The Eagles could eventually cut them with injury settlements. Hinton and Lampkin are eligible to return from IR after Week 4. Wilson is out for the season.
DALLAS COWBOYS INJURY REPORT (WEDNESDAY)
The Cowboys ruled one player out: rotational defensive tackle Perrion Winfrey.
No one else on their active roster is listed with a game status. This means starting cornerback Trevon Diggs and starting left tackle Tyler Guyton will be able to play after fully participating in practice all week.
Diggs is returning to game action for the first time following offseason knee surgery. The Cowboys really needed him to play since their cornerback depth behind the starters is not looking great; Dallas is dealing with a lot of CB injuries.
Guyton is returning to game action after missing the majority of training camp due to a knee injury. He struggled as a rookie and his development might’ve been hindered due to the time he missed this summer.
