If this game was any indication, the Seahawks’ offensive line is going to pave a few more rushing lanes than anticipated in 2025.

The starting combination of Josh Jones, Grey Zabel, Jalen Sundell, Anthony Bradford and Abraham Lucas — a group missing Charles Cross and Olu Oluwatimi — bulldozed the Kansas City Chiefs for 120 rushing yards across just two drives, with 77 coming before contact. The unit also allowed only one quarterback pressure in that span.

The Seahawks ran all over the Chiefs on a rainy night for a 33-16 win in preseason Week 2. Five Seattle players recorded 30 or more rushing yards on the night, and the team finished with 268 rushing yards.

The Seahawks also got efficient play out of their passing game, which went 17-of-21 for 209 yards and two scores. Wideout Jake Bobo accounted for both touchdowns, one on a screen play and another on a difficult but well-placed jump ball in the endzone.

The Chiefs held out several key starters but still deployed the likes of Leo Chenal, George Karlaftis, Chamarri Conner and Bryan Cook on defense and their projected first-string offensive line for a series. Rookie first-rounder Josh Simmons played six pass-blocking snaps after logging six a week ago, and he remained clean in that department.

PFF’s dedicated team of graders was hard at work, analyzing every player on every play in real time. The comprehensive grades and data will be available after a thorough review tomorrow at 12 p.m. EST.

In the meantime, we’ve gathered some high-level data and snap counts from the game to give you an early look. Our expert graders have also nominated the standout player of the game, highlighting exceptional performance on the field.

PLAYER OF THE GAME

Anthony Bradford called it a night after 19 dominant snaps. The 2023 fourth-rounder, Seattle’s projected starting right guard, didn’t surrender any pressure across six pass-blocking snaps and racked up an impressive six positive grades on 13 run-blocking snaps, pending reviews.

If those numbers hold after PFF’s final review of the game, Bradford will be on track to earn an elite overall grade.
