Las Vegas Raiders minority owner Tom Brady outlined his goals and role with the franchise in his latest interview
The Las Vegas Raiders have received much attention since Tom Brady became a minority owner. Brady was the talk of free agency, as he had input on the roster and the new head coach.
With his help, he brought in John Spytek and Pete Carroll to lead the Raiders’ future. It has fans excited for the future and what could be possible for this upcoming season. Brady gives a feeling of stability to the organization that hasn’t been felt in years.
Pete Gutierrez of Raiders.com interviewed Brady on these topics and his involvement. Of course, the seven-time Super Bowl Champion wants to see the franchise become a winner.
“And our goal is to, you know, win a lot of football games. You’ve got to work hard at it, and it’s all earned, and we’ve got a tough division. There’s a lot of good opponents we face. But it’s going to be up to the guys and their daily commitment to doing the right things.”
While there isn’t a high expectation on the Raiders this season, they are expecting to be competitive. Playing in one of the toughest divisions in the league will make the rebuild an uphill battle. Hopefully, the Raiders can surprise the NFL and compete for a playoff spot.
