Where will this unit rank in the annals of Vikings history???
Things are starting to heat up for the upcoming NFL season. Word out of OTAs is that the Minnesota Vikings‘ players are all in on 2025. This part of the season is where a lot of chemistry is built through different teambuilding activities. It is the time of the year, I imagine, where nicknames begin to emerge from within the team. But why should the players have all of the fun?
Without further ado, and with many excellent entries from readers like you, we have the four finalists for the defensive line nickname for 2025. The expected rotation, in no particular order, of Greenard, Van Ginkel, Allen, Hargrave, Phillips, Turner, and Redmond will be feared by opposing offenses. If you think I missed any names there, please make a case for why that player will be impactful in the comments.

As I’ve mentioned before, I do not have any magical influence powers. I can only promise that the nickname winners will be used by myself when writing articles about our favorite team. But hey, maybe the name will catch on during the season.
