All 14 opponents the Colts will have to play in the 2025 regular season have been revealed as the AFC South is set to face the AFC West and NFC West. The Colts will hold five non-divisional games inside Lucas Oil Stadium and host the Broncos, Cardinals, Dolphins, Falcons, 49ers, Raiders, along with three divisional matchups against the Jaguars, Texans and Titans. Only two of those teams, the Broncos and the Texans, made the playoffs last season. In two seasons under head coach Shane Steichen, the Colts are an unsurprising 9-8 at home.

- The Texans have beaten the Colts in four of the last five rivalry matchups since the 2022 regular season finale that ultimately decided the fate of the 2023 NFL Draft.
- It will be the Broncos’ first regular season visit to Indianapolis since 2019.
- For the second consecutive season, the Dolphins will make the trip to Indy.
- The Cardinals have only played three regular season games in Indy since the franchise rebranded as the Arizona Cardinals in 1994 and just once in the last 19 years. It will be the first time since 2017 the Colts will host both the Cardinals and the 49ers.
The NFL designated the Colts to host one of its nine regular season home games at the iconic Olympic Stadium in Berlin, Germany. One rumored leak on “X”, formally known as Twitter, predicted the Colts will host the international series matchup against the Falcons. The Colts will make trips to Kansas City, Pittsburgh, two trips to Los Angeles, Seattle, plus all three in-division destinations during the 2025 regular season.
