Sports Illustrated reported that Raiders are hiring Brian Stark as Spytek’s assistant general manager. Stark has been the Broncos director of college scouting for the past several years. He and Spytek were in Denver for three years together.

In addition to Stark, Spytek has brought Mark Thewes from Denver’s front office this offseason.
In addition to Kelly, the team parted ways with senior director of player personnel JoJo Wooden and senior national scout DuJuan Daniels earlier this offseason.
It won’t be a surprise if there is more tinkering to the front office upcoming.
