The Eagles now have six selections left on Saturday afternoon.
The Eagles had an interesting Friday night and will now go into Day 3 of the NFL Draft with six remaining picks.
Howie Roseman has been relatively patient so far, and even with the last pick in the second round, the Eagles still managed to get one of the top safety prospects in Andrew Mukuba at No. 64. As their third-round pick approached, they traded back from No. 96 to No. 101 with the Falcons, and then traded out of Round 3 altogether with the Broncos.
The Eagles now have two picks in the fourth round, three in the fifth, and one sixth rounder, so they still have plenty of draft capital to make more moves. Roseman is often just as excited about the undrafted free agents as he is the guys he gets in the later rounds, so he won’t make any desperate attempts to get back on the board if the value isn’t there.
