Some new names added to an already talented room.
The 2025 NFL Draft is now complete, and the attention for front offices is shifting to undrafted players.
With the UDFA contracts starting to flow in for franchises across the league, the Cincinnati Bengals can add a few more names to the list. This time, it is a pair of wide receivers.
According to Jordan Schultz of Fox Sports, Oklahoma State wideout Rashod Owens has signed with the Bengals.
In addition, according to Justin M of The Draft Network, the Bengals have also signed Cincinnati receiver Jamoi Mayes.
Owens, a 6-2 and 230-pound receiver from San Antonio, had a solid fifth season in Stillwater.
He finished the season with 32 catches for 515 yards for 16.1 yards per catch. He also added four touchdowns.
A big receiver with good speed, Owen’s could be a sneaky find here in the UDFA market.
Mayes, a 5-11 and 205-pound receiver from Griffin (GA), spent one season with the Bearcats as he transferred to the Queen City from UT- Chattanooga.
His best season came with the Mocs in 2023, as he totaled 62 catches for 1037 yards. That was good enough for just under 17 yards per reception and four touchdowns on the year.
A big play threat, Mayes will look to break into the rotation and showcase the skill set that led to his massive season in Chattanooga.
The Bengals have a stout wide receiver room with obviously some of the top talent at the position in the league. Now, they will add two more names that look to burst onto the roster.
