
Football fans have to wait a few more weeks before making their plans for the upcoming season.
The 2025 NFL Draft is officially underway and NFL commissioner Roger Goodell used a moment at the top of the first hour to announce that the full 2025 NFL schedule will be released on Wednesday, May 14.
We already know the Eagles home and away opponents for the upcoming season, but now we’ll learn how many primetime games and how the travel will be spread out.

There wasn’t a lot of football played in Philly last September and October, but it was nice for the team to avoid long flights in December and down the stretch. Having more home games when the postseason is around the corner is probably more ideal than finishing every week on the road.
There’s no doubt that as reigning Super Bowl Champions, the Eagles will have a tougher task in front of them, but it’s still a core group of the most talented players in the league, so they’ll figure it out.
