The Rams are expected to take a step forward, and the Rams look better right now (at this date) than the Chiefs do.
Do I agree with that take? I don’t know.

Miller reported that he’s heard the Chiefs are “actively looking to trade up in Round 1,” likely for another offensive tackle. However, a team like the Rams could take a lineman ahead of the Chiefs.
“I heard the goal would be to move in front of the Houston Texans (No. 25) and Los Angeles Rams (No. 26) if the Chiefs like a specific left tackle still on the board,” Miller added.
The Chiefs aren’t afraid to move up in the draft for a player they covet. Kansas City trade up from No. 32 to No. 28 to take receiver Xavier Worthy in 2024 two years after trading up from No. 29 to No. 21 for cornerback Trent McDuffie in 2022.”

“The Rams once again are on the move for the NFL draft.
But for the first time in five years, coach Sean McVay and general manager Les Snead will not make their picks from a luxury home transformed into a Rams-centric draft house.
The Rams will conduct the April 24-26 draft from the Los Angeles Fire Department Air Operations headquarters in Van Nuys, the team announced Thursday.
The facility will remain fully operational during the draft, the team said.
Since 2021, homes in Malibu, the Hollywood Hills, the San Fernando Valley and Hermosa Beach served as the Rams’ draft locale.”

“The Rams announced they will be conducting their draft operations from the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) Air Operations, honoring the first responders who helped during the Los Angeles-area wildfires in January.
“Drafting from LAFD Air Operations is a powerful reminder of what it means to represent Los Angeles,” Rams president Kevin Demoff said in a statement on Thursday. “Since the wildfires devastated our region in January, we have looked to bring LA Together to help with the recovery efforts, raise the spirits of those impacted, and shine a light on our first responders. We are humbled to partner with LAFD during one of the NFL’s biggest moments to express gratitude for those who risk their lives daily to protect our city.”
