How are fans feeling about the Miami Dolphins? We asked and you answered.

The NFL’s free agency madness is slowing down as teams switch to preparation for next week’s 2025 NFL Draft. A lot can change for all 32 teams throughout the draft process with trades changing rosters and clubs adding key college prospects. While there will still be changes, this week also marks the unofficial starting point for this fall’s regular season predictions.

Over at FanDuel Sportsbook, the official sportsbook partner of SB Nation, win totals for all 32 teams were released. Who had an offseason to push them over the top? Who will regress this year? The oddsmakers have started putting together their projection.

Earlier this week, we brought back our SB Nation Reacts fan survey to ask for your thoughts on the Miami Dolphins’ win total, as well as your overall grade on the Dolphins’ offseason so far. Here are the results.

Dolphins 2025 win total

According to FanDuel, Miami is projected to be a .500 team this year. The oddsmakers have installed the Dolphins with an 8.5-win total as we approach the 2025 NFL Draft. Is that number right? We wanted to get your thoughts on if Miami would go over or under that mark. The results seem to have the fans still optimistic about the team heading into the season:

Miami finished with at least nine wins for four straight seasons until slipping to just eight wins last year. The fans think they will bounce back and finish with a winning record this season.

Dolphins offseason grade

Miami’s offseason has not been flashy, with the team adding several pieces to the roster but not spending money like they have in recent years. The team seems to be using this offseason to add depth and key pieces while resetting the salary cap to create space for future years. It would appear to be a smart fiscal offseason plan, if not the most exciting for the fans.

How are the fans reacting to the moves?

Probably about right where it should be. A solid but not flashy performance leads to most fans giving the offseason a C. The team could still improve upon that with a strong draft performance, but for now, a solid offseason performance results in a solid C grade.
