The Colts are expected to be in the backup swing-tackle market, and Oklahoma State OT Dalton Cooper is a potential fit.
According to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, the Indianapolis Colts are among the NFL teams scheduled to host Oklahoma State offensive tackle Dalton Cooper for a pre-draft visit:

The redshirt senior started in 8 games at left tackle for the Cowboys in 2024 before his season ended prematurely because of a knee injury. Per PFF, he earned a +73.2 overall grade this past season, allowing 0 sacks and 5 QB hurries in 285 total pass block snaps.
He accepted an invite to the 2025 East-West Shrine Bowl game.
Cooper projects as pretty athletic offensive tackle at the next level with an unofficial RAS score of 9.01 out of a maximum of 10.0:
Dalton Cooper is a OT prospect in the 2025 draft class. He scored an unofficial 9.01 #RAS out of a possible 10.00. This ranked 142 out of 1420 OT from 1987 to 2025.

Right now, Cooper project as a ‘Day 3’ NFL Draft pick for a team that’s in need of offensive tackle depth.
That could be the Colts, who depending on if 2nd-year pro Matt Goncalves starts at starting right guard, could be in big need of a backup swing-tackle—and really could use the extra offensive tackle depth regardless.
Former 2023 4th round pick Blake Freeland has yet to cement himself as a quality backup tackle option, and there’s expected to be added competition to this group as a whole.
With last year’s unfortunate knee injury, Cooper may be getting slept on a bit as an athletic developmental offensive tackle prospect.
