Report: Jaguars adding Rams’ analytics director to James Gladstone’s team (jaguarswire)
“According to ESPN’s Seth Walder, the Jaguars are making an addition to their analytics department.
“The Jaguars are hiring Jake Temme from the Rams as Senior Vice President of Football Analytics, per sources,” Walder posted on X. “Temme was previously Director, Data and Analytics with Los Angeles. He follows James Gladstone from the Rams to the Jaguars.”
Temme had been with the Rams for the last 10 seasons. In an article by Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic, it was said that Temme was a big part of the Rams’ recent success in the NFL draft, which Gladstone also played a key role in.”

Ex-Rams OLB Michael Hoecht hit with 6-game PED suspension after signing with Bills (sports.yahoo.com)
“Hoecht left the Los Angeles Rams to sign with the Buffalo Bills this week, inking a three-year deal worth $21 million – the first big payday of his career. Unfortunately, he won’t see the field until the second month of the season.
Bills GM Brandon Beane revealed on Friday that both Hoecht and Larry Ogunjobi have both been suspended six games for violating the league’s PED policy. It’s not the way Hoecht or the Bills envisioned his tenure starting but it’s the reality they both now face.”
“Great coaches, great players, [and] family.”

Random Ramsdom Fandom: Explosive Running Backs in the Draft (By JeffinBranson on Mar 14, 2025)
“I disagree with those who say we are drafting too late to add difference makers at RB, or on offense in general. I am going to quote PFF, and I know many people don’t believe in them, but Draft Buzz and the CBS rankings are very similar in THEIR rankings also.
PFF has ONE RB in the top 25….Ashton Jeanty. In the first 50, they add only Omarrion Hampton at #28 (Mathew Golden is at #27) The next RB is Cam Skattebo at #52, then Quinshon Judkins at #55, Dylan Sampson at #64, Kaleb Johnson at #65, Treveyon Henderson at #70, RJ Harvey at #78, DJ Giddens at #83, and Devin Neal at #93. That is it for the top 100. No Bhayshul Tuten, no Brashard Smith, no Ollie Gordon, no Rocket Sanders, no Jaquinden Jackson. The rankings are different on Jeremiah’s Big Board and NFL Mock Database, but they are similar everywhere. The position is generally not rated as highly as LT or WR. Which is why if I’m the Rams I trade down and add picks. If the Rams can get 5 picks in the top 125….not an impossible task at all…they can get a game changing RB, CB, LB, TE, and WR. All of which will be able to play in year one and start in year two. I realize they have Williams and Corum, but to me Henderson, Hampton, and Sampson are top RBs with game changing speed and ability. The draft is very deep in CBs, RBs, and WRs, and they can still get a shutdown type corner…their #1 need in my opinion… if they trade down. At the same time I’d be hard pressed to pass on Treveyon Henderson if he’s there with our first pick. I want the best possible player at every position on my team, and I don’t think there’s any question Henderson is better than Corum or Williams. And meanwhile….Benjamin Morrison, Maxwell Hairston, Trey Amos, Azareyeh Thomas, and Denzel Burke will be there as 2nd rounders.”
