DL Chauncey Golston, Giants. Golston also turned himself into a really nice rotational player over the last few years in Dallas, and is coming off what was probably his best season. He can play on the edge and on the interior, and he should really help the Giants against the run. He got $19.5 million over three years to head to New Jersey.

Paulson Adebo, Jevón Holland determined to ‘give the ball back to the quarterback’ | Giants.com
“I think the Giants and the people that they’ve brought in and the people that they have a desire to breed excellence,” Holland said. “I think this environment is something that will allow me to be that, to grow. I absolutely think there’s plenty of room left to grow. I’m nowhere near my peak. I think the Giants have the exact environment I need and the personnel I need to be able to reach those new heights and as well lead a group of men and also create a winning culture. And the Giants have a history of a winning culture. I feel like it was the right choice.”
As Giants await word from Aaron Rodgers, it’s clear N.Y. picked a terrible time to need a QB | The Athletic
The drawn-out process involving big names has inflated the stakes of this quarterback search. Whether it’s Rodgers, Wilson or — gulp — someone further down the list of options, the Giants still need to accomplish Mara’s stated top priority: Finding the quarterback of the future.
The Giants have the next six weeks to sort through their quarterback evaluations and chart a course of action for the draft. In the meantime, they await word from Rodgers. Unfortunately for them, they don’t have any other choice.
As Aaron Rodgers reappears, desperate Giants described as ‘frustrated’ | NJ.com
“Everybody is waiting. Everyone’s frustrated. I’ll tell you that,” said The Athletic’s NFL insider Dianna Russini on Thursday. “I feel like the New York Giants are almost at a point right now where they’re just ignoring it and they’re just trying to find another plan in case this doesn’t work out.

New York Giants: C+. The Giants clearly need impact players across the roster, but especially in the secondary after generating the fifth-fewest takeaways (15) last season. So, credit to them for landing Paulson Adebo, who will be just 26 at the start of next season, and has 10 interceptions over his first four seasons in the league. New York also scored arguably the best safety in this free agency class in Holland, who is a super versatile defensive back that will make an immediate impact. These wins don’t do enough to make up for the fact that the Giants still don’t have a quarterback, though.

McShay: Teams Like Shedeur Sanders ‘A Lot’ Despite ‘Laissez-Faire’ Combine Interviews | Bleacher Report
The draft expert reported Thursday on The McShay Show he heard Sanders didn’t have “the most professional interview,” and the Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year displayed a “laissez-faire, relaxed, chill” attitude.
McShay added that the vast majority of concerns with Sanders as a prospect stem from what he put on tape with the Buffs, rather than his combine interviews. In addition, talent evaluators broadly “like him a lot.”
