Ravens GM sounds prepared to use all 11 NFL draft picks thanks to limited FA funds
Baltimore’s 2025 NFL offseason is underway, and the Ravens’ focus will shift to reshaping the roster and defensive coaching staff.
The 2024 cap was $255.4 million, but ESPN’s Dan Graziano reports it will rise about $26 million, landing in the $277 million to $281 million range.
That extra boost puts the Ravens at a little over $12 million in salary cap space, with plenty of moves set to be made. That lack of space could force Baltimore to continue building through the NFL draft.

Baltimore will enter the 2025 NFL free agency with urgent decisions on Ronnie Stanley, Patrick Mekari, Patrick Ricard, and others.
Baltimore has decisions regarding Lamar Jackson, Derrick Henry, Kyle Hamilton, and Tyler Linderbaum. Marcus Williams will depart, and the team has to decide if Ronnie Stanley is worth a big-money extension or if it will be retooled via the draft. Marlon Humphrey turns 29 in July, and his $25 million cap charge for 2025 is among the highest on the team.
