The Buffalo Bills and Ken Dorsey have been apart since the 2023 NFL season.

In November of that year, Dorsey was fired as Buffalo’s offensive coordinator. Joe Brady took over as the interim and still holds the full-time job today.

Dorsey eventually landed another OC role with the Cleveland Browns… but that only last one season as he was then fired again in January.

It was reported by ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler that another team was interested in adding Dorsey as offensive coordinator once again, post-Browns.

The Dallas Cowboys looked into Dorsey for that role:

In the end, that did and did not happen.

Dorsey, 43, was hired in Dallas. However, he is not the offensive coordinator.

Cowboys Wire has revealed the full coaching staff hired by their new head coach in Brian Schottenheimer. Dorsey’s name was on it but he holds the title of passing game specialist.

Instead of Dorsey getting coordinator duties, Klayon Adams did in Dallas.

Regardless, Dorsey is now a member of the Cowboys for those curious.
