The New York Giants on Thursday made official six additions to head coach Brian Daboll’s staff for the 2025 season
Marquand Manuel is the new secondary coach/defensive pass game coordinator; Jeff Burris will coach cornerbacks; Chad Hall will serve as the assistant quarterbacks coach; Troy Brown will be an offensive assistant as part of the NFL Minority Coaching Fellowship; and Steven Ferentz and Grant Morgan have been hired as defensive assistants.
The Giants also added three new members to the strength and conditioning/performance department under Aaron Wellman, the executive director of player performance. Dr. Matthew Frakes will be the director of performance nutrition, and Chris Allen and Mark Naylor have been brought on as assistant strength and conditioning coaches.
In addition, Drew Wilson has been promoted to director of strength and conditioning.
Manuel and Burris replace Jerome Henderson and Mike Treier, who were let go. Hall replaces Christian Jones, who accepted a position with the Cleveland Browns. Brown played wide receiver in the NFL for 15 years with the New England Patriots. He has been on New England’s coaching staff since 2020.
