Is Sanders the Giants’ preferred target with the No. 3 overall pick?
The New York Giants’ flirtation with Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders, a potential selection for the team at No. 3 in the 2025 NFL Draft, will continue with a ‘30 visit’ in March.
In a video posted by Well Off Media, his older brother Deion Sanders Jr.’s YouTube channel, Shedeur tells a member of the Colorado athletic department that his first two top-30 visits with NFL teams will be with the Cleveland Browns and New York Giants. The Browns pick second overall and the Giants select third.
“The ‘30 visits’ start like March 4,” Sanders said during a break in his workout. “I’ve got the Browns (first), then the Giants.”
The Giants scouted Sanders heavily during the 2024 college football season. Several videos of Sanders meeting with head coach Brian Daboll, GM Joe Schoen and other members of the Giants organization, circulated when Sanders attended the East-West Shrine Bowl.
NFL team can bring in 30 prospects for visits to the team’s facility after the conclusion of the 2025 NFL Scouting Combine, which begins Feb. 27. Thus, the ‘30 visit’ moniker.
It remains unknown whether the Browns and Tennessee Titans, the team with the No. 1 overall pick, intend to select quarterbacks.
