Price isn’t a worry when it comes to getting Cleveland pass-rusher
One of the biggest stories of the NFL offseason so far has been that Myles Garrett is looking for anew home.
The star pass-rusher has requested to be traded from the Cleveland Browns. He is looking to go to a team that has a better chance of sustained winning.
Garrett, 29, is a special talent who will interest all other 31 NFL teams. Yes, surely, the Las Vegas Raiders, will likely, at least, thinking about the notion of figuring out what it would take to get Garrett in the Silver and Black.
Raiders fans, for the most part, are on board with the idea. We recently asked our community members if they would like to see the Raiders trade for Garrett and pair with him fellow superstar pass-rusher Maxx Crosby or do they think the price tag would be too steep because Las Vegas has other needs.
The result: Go get Garrett.
In a poll with 836 votes cast, 502 voters (60 percent) love the Garrett idea, while 334 voters (40 percent) don’t think it makes sense because Las Vegas has other needs.
I get both sides of the poll results. It would be pricey, but, boy, would Garrett look good in Silver and Black.
