The Bengals star edge rusher is looking to get paid what he deserves

The Cincinnati Bengals are set for the biggest offseason in franchise history after wasting a full season of Joe Burrow in his prime.

The Bengals have multiple stars set to be paid this offseason like Ja’Marr Chase, Trey Hendrickson, and Tee Higgins.

Can the Bengals front office make it work to bring all these guys back? We really do not know at this time, but Joe Burrow has made it clear he expects the front office to make it happen.

Everyone is aware of the amount of money Chase and Higgins are set to make, but ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler believes Hendrickson could get just as much.

Fowler wrote, “It’s logical to figure Hendrickson could get above $30 million per year.”

While a steep price, Hendrickson is certainly worthy of it. He’s coming off an All-Pro season, leading the league in sacks with 17.5, and was runner-up in the NFL Defensive Player of the Year race.

Can the Bengals afford to pay that price tag? Will Hendrickson leave?

We will find out sooner rather than later.
