This Sunday marks the unofficial American holiday, Super Bowl Sunday. Many of us will watch the game at home, while others will head to a Super Bowl party or a bar to catch the action. Besides watching and betting on the game, as some do, the rest of the day revolves around food and drink. Everyone has their favorites, be it the usual chips and dips to go along with their charcuterie boards, a variety of salads, various BBQ offerings, pizza, nachos, or other Mexican food-inspired dishes, and on and on.
