Will Peyton or Eli Manning Win This Year’s FanDuel Kick of Destiny?

America has spoken!

For the third year in a row, our friends at FanDuel are sponsoring the Kick of Destiny contest between Peyton and Eli Manning, and if you have a FanDuel account (or have been meaning to get one), you can use the contest to try to bolster your bankroll a bit.

Before we get to that, however, let’s give everyone a brief explanation as to what the Kick of Destiny is. Peyton and Eli will be going head-to-head kicking 25-yard field goals. These are shorter than the standard extra point, which is a 33-yard attempt. Here are the rules for the competition:

• Each kicker will attempt a 25-yard kick.
• If the first kicker makes, the second kicker is given a chance to tie.
• If the first kicker misses, the second kicker is given a chance to win.
• If both kickers miss, they will kick again until there is a winner.
• If no winner is decided after three rounds, the kicker who kicked it closest to the center target on the net in the last round wins the tiebreaker.

If you’re not sure which way to lean on this one, the majority of folks are putting their money on the younger Manning, according to a survey sent out to Reacts subscribers.

Of those who were asked, 59% said they think Eli Manning will win this year’s Kick of Destiny competition, while just 41% are leaning towards Peyton Manning.
